Refunds are only for the purchase price of the product minus a re-stocking fee of 30%.
The buyer has to pay for the return shipping cost.
Return requests must be submitted to tiffanylampsforsale@gmail.com and approved prior to shipment to prevent claim denial and/or logistical complications.
