Refund and Returns Policy

Most inventory can be returned/refunded along with a re-stocking fee of 30%. Return requests must be submitted to customer.service@tiffanylampsforsale.com and approved prior to shipment to prevent claim denial and/or logistical complications.

  • Non-Defective Goods: 30 Days
  • Defective Goods: 30 Days
  • Mis-Shipped Orders: 10 Days
  • Damage by Shipping Carrier (in transit): 48 hours upon delivery
